Pour the oil into a large frying pan, then the popcorn kernels, coat the grains with the oil and place a lid on the frying pan. After 2 to 3 mins, you will start to hear the popcorn pop. Turn off the stove as soon as you stop hearing the popping.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th.6/7).
Spread the popcorn out on a baking tray. Cut the Reblochon into thin strips and place on top of the popcorn.
Place the tray into the oven when it is hot, and leave the cheese to melt for approximately 5 minutes.
Immediately pour the Reblochon popcorn in a bowl and mix. Add the snipped chives and paprika.
