Reblochon Popcorn with Chives


  • 100g of Reblochon
  • 100g popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 pinches of paprika

Directions :

  • Pour the oil into a large frying pan, then the popcorn kernels, coat the grains with the oil and place a lid on the frying pan. After 2 to 3 mins, you will start to hear the popcorn pop. Turn off the stove as soon as you stop hearing the popping.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C (th.6/7).
  • Spread the popcorn out on a baking tray. Cut the Reblochon into thin strips and place on top of the popcorn.
  • Place the tray into the oven when it is hot, and leave the cheese to melt for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Immediately pour the Reblochon popcorn in a bowl and mix. Add the snipped chives and paprika.
  • Mix again and serve.
